This film has been created solely out of a passion to educate women and men about the importance of knowing our whole history and as a tribute to Dr. Gerda Lerner’s work in advancing culture.Thanks to all the donations from many people around the world based on two crowdfunding campaigns and funds from institutions, it was possible to produce Why Women Need to Climb Mountains and premiere it in Berlin May 29 2016.
